• Display name — optional, set in your account settings.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
• Subscription data — which products you subscribe to and their status.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Authenticate you and maintain your account
• Process and manage your subscriptions
• Send transactional emails (magic links, receipts)
• Provide access to products you've subscribed to
• Respond to your support requests

We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

3. Third-Party Services

We use a small number of trusted third-party services:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy and security practices.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings, which permanently removes your account and associated subscription records. Stripe may retain payment records independently per their legal obligations.

5. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwordless authentication, and row-level security on our database. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

6. Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

7. Your Rights

You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion of your account at any time by emailing support@saltware.org or using the delete account option in your settings.

8. Children's Privacy

Our account services are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will note the effective date at the top of the page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
