Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any Saltware service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
Saltware provides account and subscription management for its family of products, including DiscipleQuest, Rooted & Kind, VoxElevation, BibleKnights, and others. Features and availability may change over time.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as described at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us if you have a billing concern.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our services — including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with service operation, or using our services for any unlawful purpose.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saltware shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
